1. What time did you get up this morning? 07:00 but didn't actually surface till 8am. I had three twenty minute naps.

2. Diamonds or pearls? Diamonds. I want one for my 30th birthday. A big one. One as big as a baby's head. And I'll drink gin all the time, and stagger about in high heels. (Can you tell I'm probably not going to take turning 30 too well?

3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Oooh. The Dark Knight at the IMAX. Was very very large!

4. What is your favourite TV show? The West Wing. I adore other stuff along the way but I keep coming back to it as it's so good.

5. What do you usually have for breakfast? Cup of white coffee and mini shredded wheat.

7. What food do you dislike? Offal. It's offal.

8. What is your favourite CD at moment? I'm loving Jay Brannan's Goddamned. And not just because they gave it to me for free. I also like Orba Squara.

9. What kind of car do you drive? I don't drive.

10.Favourite sandwich? Smoked salmon and creme cheese.

11.What characteristic do you despise? The unthinking respect for celebrity.

12.Favourite item of clothing? My fluffy black dressing gown. It relaxes me.

15.Where would you retire to? I'd love to retire to a quiet Greek Island.

16.What was your most recent memorable birthday? Wow. This year was memorable for being really really crap. I'd had an evil day at work because my old boss, Paul, forced me to clear out the student group locker room. I was dirty, angry and tired. I ended up crying hot tears of anger when my nephews sang me Happy Birthday down the phone to me. (It was like soothing balm for my soul and still makes me a tad emotional thinking about it)

23. Any new and exciting news you'd like to share with us? My sister in law gave birth to a little girl last week. I cried. It was lovely. And she's gorgeous. Grace Joy and she was 8 lbs 3. (Which I'm assured by ladies is quite big)

25. How are you today? Yeah, alright thanks. I'm excited about artsfest at the weekend.
