Talking to my friend Chris immediately after the screening I said that I was in a jolly mood which is out of character for me. He questioned me further and I realised that my mood was in response to the fact that no matter how bad life gets or how bleak situations become I can take solace in the fact it could be worse: I could be M Night Shyamalan.
