My lovely lovely friend Rachel has got me tickets (free, my favourite word) to go and see Liza at Symphony Hall. It promises to be an evening of grand emotion and classic songs.

So... here's the one of several dillemmas:

Should Rachel and I play bingo through the evening? And if we do what words should we include? The word "Mamma" will be the subject of a side bet where we'll bet on what time during the show we think that Liza will utter that word and invoke the memory of Dearly Departed Judy.

I also thought about trying to get something signed. If so, what would be a good "thing". Points for comedy value.

Also should Rachel and I try some kind of drinking game... obviously we won't be able to drink during the show but we could aggregate before and after.

Also if you've any suggestions for games to enliven the evening feel free to suggest them.

I'm also open to suggestions for costuming for the evening. Who or what should I go as? (And don't be gauche and suggest I go as dorothy)
